  • $100 (single) or $150 (both rooms) for each additional hour
  • 50% deposit to hold facility (Half non-refundable within 30 days of event; All non-refundable within 2 weeks)

Disclaimer

This facility is the home of the Solid Rock Youth Center, a Christian youth organization.  As such it is a drug-free, tobacco-free, alcohol-free zone. None of these substances are allowed inside or outside the facility. Any smokers must do so in the parking lot across the street and make sure to dispose of all cigarette butts in the container provided at the edge of the lot. Violations will be considered a breach of contract and cause the full forfeiture of the Security Deposit and an additional charge for any damages or cleaning. While outside, Clients must remember that this is considered a residential neighborhood and we need to maintain good relationships with our neighbors, so no loud or vulgar language should be used where anybody else can hear it. We need to be a good model for our youth and children in the way we conduct ourselves, especially at this facility.
